Situated in a unique rural location, Watercress Barns are a small collection of beautifully converted barns offering stylish accommodation, perfect for relaxing and spending uninterrupted time with your family. 

Drive through the main gates and park right outside your apartment. Within the private grounds of the farm you and your family will feel safe and secure. 

Head on through the front door and into the open-plan living area. The spacious living room is perfect for spending a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

In your apartment you will find many of the home comforts like fully fitted kitchen, WIFI, TV inc. smart TV. We are proud to be eco-friendly development - most of the electricity on the farm is produced by solar panels. 

Fresh air and cosy bed will help you to get good night sleep. In the morning, grab a coffee and head out exploring Kent countryside.    

You will find a lot of leaflets on the local activities, places to visit and other useful information inside the apartment. If you need anything else, we are always there to help.
